Jessica McLernon

Jessica McLernon is a Santa Barbara native with exceptional knowledge of the region and a passion for real estate. She approaches each client with integrity and respect and applies her strong communication and negotiating skills to each transaction. She loves nothing more than matching her clients to their perfect home.

Before beginning a career in real estate, Jessica worked in both the private and public sectors in Washington, DC, New York City, and Santa Barbara County with a focus on bringing economic opportunity to underserved populations through the deployment of workforce development programs. Jessica graduated with honors from UC Berkeley and is passionate about continuing her educational pursuits and staying up-to-date on real estate trends and changes in the industry. She is a Katherine Harvey Fellow and active in community service.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking in the foothills, and dining with friends in the area’s top-notch restaurants.
